    SMP-RP-HDX 3000lb. Capacity Reel Roller Set

    The SMP-RP-HDX reel roller system is the ideal dispensing and management solution for cable reels ranging from 12-inch to 48-inch in diameter. The SMP-RP-HDX is sold in pairs and can accommodate cable reels with weights up to 3,000 pounds.

    The ten gauge steel frames include five position adjustments for the rear rollers, a slanted loading / unloading ramp, front roller locks for easy loading / unloading, and pre-drilled holes for permanent mounting applications.The roller frames also include holes near the front ramps that are designed to help keep the roller platfoms parallel when used in conjunction with a 1" schedule 40 pipe (pipe not included). 

    The addition of the SMP-PSA accessory adds another level of stabilization to the rollers.

    SMP-PRC - Extend the life your cable reel roller system! Protect the steel rollers and bearings from impact, shock and vibration with slip-on polyurethane roller covers. Available for Style "A" and "B" Reel Roller Systems, must be ordered at the same time as the reel roller system. Only one set of SMP-PRC covers is required per reel roller system.
    SMP-PSA - The platform stabilizer assembly prevents ramp shifting or wheel wedging, thereby ensuring parallel positioning for the reel roller subassemblies. The accessory is designed for use on all Style "A" Reel Roller Systems, it is not compatible with Style "B" or "C" systems. The SMP-PSA supports 1" schedule 40 pipe (pipe not included). 
    SMP-ASA  - The arbor support assembly is a safety mechanism that prevents dislodging of cable reels from Style "A" and Style "C" Reel Roller Systems. Adjustment on the arbor support assembly is easy and can accommodate cable reels up to 48" in diameter. The SMP-ASA supports 1.5" pipe (pipe not included). Only one SMP-ASA is required per reel roller system.
