vLoc3-Pro Underground Utility Locator
The vLoc3 series contains eight passive locate modes, fault-find mode, SD (showing direction of outgoing current), and a range of configurable frequencies from 98Hz to 200 kHz. Audio and mechanical vibration alerts can also be configured by the user providing warnings for shallow depth, overload, overhead cables, and excessive swinging.
The receiver includes a Bluetooth module for use with external GPS devices and EMS foot to locate buried markers. GPS information can also be used in conjunction with Google Maps to create a map of your locate.
The vLoc3-Pro receivers come standard with lithium-ion rechargeable batteries as well as an alkaline battery pack. When bundled with a Loc3 Series 5-Watt or 10-Watt Broadband Transmitter, the vLoc3-Pro delivers accuracy, simplicity and versatility previously unseen in the utility industry. Vivax-Metrotech transmitters feature multiple locating frequencies, rugged ABS, a long battery life and carbon fiber construction. Many other accessories are available including induction clamps and sondes.

vLoc3 Pro Receivers can be purchased separately or as part of a kit.
Kits come standard with the following items: vLoc3-Pro Receiver, Loc3-Transmitter (5 or 10-Watt), Connection leads, Ground stake, 5-inch signal clamp, Manual, Soft kit bag.
When purchased separately, the vLoc3-Pro Receiver includes: Li-ion receiver battery, Li-Ion receiver charger, Alkaline battery holder, User manual, Mini-USB cable, Soft kit bag.
The Loc3 Transmitters include: Alkaline battery tray or Li-ion battery and charger, Ground stake, Direct connection lead, Mini-USB cable.
