Expanding Duct Seals

The 58200 series Expanding Duct Seals are constructed of a specially formulated polyurethane that has maximum sealing and expansion properties.The seals are availabe for duct sizes from 2" to 8" and are color coded for easy recognition of size.

Single seals can be difficult to properly align, and double seals are very expensive. These seals, however, feature an an alignment washer with a single seal, making them both ecomomical and effective.

The Handle Assembly (sold separately) features a quick release coupling and is designed to support all sizes of the interchangeable Seal Kits. Adjusting for new duct sizes is easy, simply unscrew the two nuts, swap out the Seal Kit, and replace the nuts. The handle assembly attaches directly to the 58000-000 air compressor Control Valve.

All seals have been tested to at least 15% higher than stated values. The actual pressure attained may depend on the condition of both the duct and the Seal Kit. Care should be taken at all times when working with pressurized systems.

Please Note: 58200-000 Handle Assembly is not included with the Seal Kits. The Handle Assembly is required to use the Seal Kits.
