Quadrants These quadrants are designed to withstand up to 10,000 lbs. working line load with a 3:1 safety factor. This means they can be used safely at either the entry end of the installation or the exit end. The steel side plates along with the high strength bushings on each roller are all designed with strength, safety and weight in mind. All quadrants have countersunk screws holding the rollers so there are no protrusions from the side plates and the hangers can travel the full arc of the quadrant. The sheaves are all cast aluminum with machined faces and bores and fit with high load iron-bronze flanged bushings.
