Vivax-Metrotech VM-540 Sonde Locator
The Vivax-Metrotech VM-540 is a compact and lightweight purpose built sonde locator.
The locator has a digital display for depth, signal level and battery condition controlled by a simple four button keypad.
In addition to visual identifiers, the signal level is also indicated by an audible tone which increases or decreases with the gradient field intensity.
The VM-540 is compatible with many sondes and CCTV pipe camera systems manufactured by others as well as those from Vivax-Metrotech.
The VM-540 is powered by two (2) AA alkaline batteries that will typically provide 20 hours of use. Comes standard with a soft carry bag.
