The Vivax-Metrotech vLoc3-9800 is a multiple frequency left/right locator that is simple to use for accurate and easy underground locating.
Featuring the Distance Sensitive Left/Right Guidance™ system with four (4) peak antennas and a non-reflective color display, this multi-purpose utility locator is ideal for daily locating or pinpointing. With a multitude of supported frequencies and operating modes, customizing the vLoc3-9800 for different job sites is fast and easy.
A modern update on the popular Metrotech locators, the Vivax-Metrotech vLoc3-9800 offers high performance with a simple user interface and controls. When paired with Vivax-Metrotech accessories, the vLoc3-9800 can handle nearly any locating or pinpointing challenge.
The vLoc3-9800 receiver is powered by six (6) AA alkaline batteries, or it can be used with the li-ion rechargeable battery with up to 72 hours of battery life. Finding the right transmitter for your needs is easy since the vLoc3-9800 is compatible with the Loc3-5Tx 5-watt transmitter and the Loc3-10Tx 10-watt transmitter.
