Plastic Gas Line Tracer

Now you can locate live plastic gas lines with this Gas Line Tracer Kit. Connecting the kit's stuffing box to the riser's shut off valve allows a traceable fiberglass rod to be pushed into a live gas line.

Then by attaching one of the alligator clips from any standard transmitter to the rod bolt on the reel and attaching the other lead to the pipe, a signal can be transmitted down the Live Trace's integrated copper trace wire. Use a receiver above ground to locate and trace the rodder in the gas line.

This traceable rodder is available in a 3/16" rod diameter with rod lengths of 150', 200', 250' & 300', and 1/8" rod diameter with lengths of 150' & 300'.
