Magnetic Cover Lifter
(Manhole Lids up to 36")
The magnetic manhole cover lifter allows you to quickly and safely remove or replace heavy manhole lids by yourself. Design minimizes strain on back / body and eliminates the use of pry bars.
Available with steel or aluminum construction, the dolly is collapsible for easy storage and transport. Dual position lifting points provide the power to break loose even the most stubborn manhole covers, lifts covers up to 36" in diameter.
Need more lifting power? The 9401-31 Spreader Bar supports using two (2) magnets simultaneously for lifting lids up to 900 lbs. For safety the magnet must be in contact with manhole lid to be engaged.
